Information we collect

We collect account information from Google sign-in, room settings, participant metadata, usage data, and device data needed to operate the service.

Google OAuth and API data

BeClose uses basic Google sign-in scopes only: openid, email, and profile. We do not request Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or sensitive Google API scopes.

How we use data

Data is used for authentication, room delivery, personalization, security, service analytics, and platform reliability. It is not used for advertising.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Room display names and avatars are visible to other participants in rooms you join.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Real-time audio, video, and chat are not recorded or stored by Aisprx after the session ends.
