These terms govern access to BeClose (beclose.aisprx.com) and the BeClose mobile application for real-time communication, media sharing, and games.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BeClose and related services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use BeClose.

Account and authentication

Users may sign in through Google OAuth, email, or join rooms as guests. You are responsible for account security and accurate information.

Permitted use

BeClose is for legitimate real-time communication, media sharing, and gaming. Harassment, abuse, unlawful content, scraping, spam, malware, and disruption are prohibited.

Room conduct

Hosts control room settings and moderation. Users are responsible for shared content and must respect third-party rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to courts in Hyderabad, India.
